The Albukhary International University (AIC) in Malaysia is offering undergraduate scholarships to
international students who wish to study at AIC from September 2020.

Business Programmes:
Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons)
Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) (Marketing)
Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) (Human Resource Management)

Education Programmes:
Bachelor of Elementary Education (Hons)
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Hons)

Bachelor of Media and Communication Programme

Who can apply?

Applicants must:
- Be between the age of 18 and 22 years old at the time of commencing their scholarship;
- Low income status – parents household income below USD300 per month (approximately R4500)
- Single marital status
- Matric with a Bachelor pass

Note: Applicants without the above English Language Proficiency for both Business and Education
Programmes may be considered to be given a Conditional Offer Letter. Under this condition, student will
attend English Programme at AIU and sit for IELTS Test in the first semester. Upon passing the IELTS Exam
with the required band score, students will be able to proceed with undergraduate programmes in the
following semester.

What the scholarship offers

- Tuition fees,
- Accommodation fee
- Meals Allowance RM450 (approximately R1600 per month)

The scholarship does not cover the following:
- EMGS – Student Pass – RM2500 (approximately R9000) (renewable yearly for less than RM1000
(approximately R3600)
- Registration fee – RM750 (approximately R2700)
- Personal Security Bond – RM1200 (approximately R4400)
- Return flight tickets
- Any other costs not indicated
