The Government of Indonesia is offering the Indonesian AID Scholarship to applicants from selected priority countries. This initiative reflects Indonesia’s commitment to fostering global cooperation and mutual development through education.

The scholarship provides opportunities to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degrees in Indonesia for the 2026 academic year.

The programme aims to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the education sector, by empowering individuals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity.

The scholarship is primarily targeted at civil servants and government-recommended officials from priority countries.

Through this programme, successful applicants will have the opportunity to study at leading universities and polytechnics across Indonesia, covering a wide range of academic disciplines.

To support academic and cultural readiness, the programme includes a preparatory phase (Pre-Study Programme), which consists of:

  • Bahasa Indonesia for Foreign Speakers (BIPA)
  • A matriculation programme

Participants will further benefit from a holistic learning experience that includes academic studies, cultural enrichment, leadership development and exposure to international collaboration.
