Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
4 Full Scholarships for Master's Degree

Research Potential: Demonstrated by at least one (1) published paper in a Scopus (Q1/Q2) or Web of Science journal, where the applicant is the first author;

Institutional Connection: Applicants must be current students or graduates from Faculty of Science PSU’s strategic partners or MoU collaborators;

Prior Engagement: Applicants must have previously completed a research internship at the Faculty of Science, PSU.
3 Master's and 2 PhD Partial Scholarships

Open to all international students who do not meet the criteria for the full scholarship.
Application Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master's programme) or a Master's degree (for Doctoral programme) from a higher education institute outside Thailand;

Applicants must intend to begin onsite studies at the Faculty of Science, PSU, in the academic year 2025, starting either in June 2025 or November 2025;

Applicants must be in good health and free from medical conditions that could impair their ability to complete their studies;

Applicants must provide an officially recognized English proficiency certificate with minimum scores as follows:

TOEFL: paper-based 500, computer-based 173, internet-based 61, or Institutional Testing Program 520

IELTS: 5.0

Exemptions for English proficiency certificates may apply if:

The applicant graduated from an international programme where English was the medium of instruction;

The applicant graduated from a country where English is the official language;
-
The applicant is a national or resident of a country where English is the official language.
What the Scholarship offers
4 Full Scholarships for Master's Degree

Full tuition fee waiver (56,000 THB per semester, up to 4 semesters);

Monthly stipend of 8,000 THB (up to 24 months)
3 Master's and 2 PhD Partial Scholarships

Full tuition fee waiver (56,000 THB per semester,up to 4 semesters for Master's or 6 semesters for Doctoral degree);
- Basic rent coverage for a shared double room in a PSU dormitory (7,500 THB per semester)
Note: The scholarship does not cover living expenses, electricity and water bills, or off-campus accommodation. Successful applicants must bear these additional costs.

- Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Transcript of the highest degree obtained;
- Research description/plan in English (about 800 words);
- Copy of the main passport page;
- Medical certificate (in English) verifying the applicant is free from infectious diseases and other conditions affecting study ability;
- English proficiency certificate (if applicable, as described above)
