The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) and University of Seoul (UOS) are jointly offering a full scholarship for a Master’s Degree Programme in Urban Administration and Planning designed for public officials at the International School of Urban Sciences (ISUS), University of Seoul. The aim of the programme is to foster urban administration and planning capabilities for civil servants or professionals working in the public sector. The Master’s Programme will commence on August 2021. More details on the programme outline is detailed in the 2021 MUAP Brochure.

Who can apply?

 

Applicants must

- not hold Korean citizenship;

- have proficiency in English;

- be in good health, both mentally and physically and not pregnant;

- be from the public sector

- have a minimum of three year‘s work experience;

- be under 40 years of age;

- have completed an Honour’s degree or an NQF level 8 qualification.
