The Government of Singapore is offering postgraduate scholarship opportunities at the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.

The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Postgraduate Scholarship is an annual scholarship programme awarded to promising officials who demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Who can apply?

Applicant must:

  • be an official at the level of Assistant Director or Deputy Director;
  • have at least five (5) years of work experience;
  • hold a degree with good academic grades and
  • be proficient in both spoken and written English.

What the scholarship offers

  • round trip economy airfares to Singapore;
  • the programme fees;
  • monthly stipend and
  • single room university housing.
