The Taiwan National Kaohsiung Normal University is offering two online courses funded by the Taiwan Ministry of Education as part of the African Elite Cultivation Programme Online Course:

Online Mandarin International Communication Course
Online Course in International Medicine and Humanities

Enrolment dates: February 2023 till May 2023

Online course dates: 26 June 2023 till 2 July 2023

Who can apply?

  • Africans with National Senior Certificate or Post School Education
  • Educators, Teachers, Students or Government Officials
  • Africans residing in other countries are welcome

Fields of Study

Please note that these are two different courses, and participants can choose whichever they prefer

  1. International Communication in Mandarin Online Course
  2. International Medicine and Humanities Online Course

 What the Scholarship offers

  • Applicants will be offered scholarship for an internship at National Kaohsiung Normal University upon completion of the courses with satisfactory performance;
  • 2-hour credits will be recognized and transferrable once admitted to National Kaohsiung Normal University as a student or intern.

Application process

Applicants must register on the Google form and upload their application documents by the registration deadline.
