The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is offering international candidates scholarships for PhD studies in Science and Engineering at A*STAR research institutes and NTU/NUS/SUTD/SMU to enhance research knowledge and gain insight from a wide range of industry leaders and researchers in Singapore.
SINGA is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and Singapore's Autonomous Universities - Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU), and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Who can apply?
Applicant must:
- International graduates with excellent academic achievements and a passion for research;
- Be current BSc/MSc students and graduates;
- Have strong passion for research and excellent academic performance;
- Have strong academic references;
- Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
What the scholarship offers
- Funding support for up to four years of PhD studies;
- Supervision by outstanding researchers at A*STAR and the universities;
- Full coverage of tuition fees;
- Monthly stipend;
- One-time airfare grant;
- One-time settling-in allowance.

PhD programmes broadly fall under four research area categories:
- Biomedical Sciences;
- Computing and Information Sciences;
- Engineering and Technology;
- Physical Sciences.

- Bachelor's Academic Transcripts (in English translation);

- Master's Academic Transcripts, if any (in English translation);
- Master's Degree Certificate / Scroll, if any (in English translation) or a letter of certification from the university on your candidature if your degree certificate / scroll has not yet been conferred;
- 2 recommendation reports (to be completed and submitted online by the referees).
