The call for applications for the Thailand Scholarships for International Students in the Academic Year 2026 is now open. 

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) of the Kingdom of Thailand has implemented the Thailand Scholarships Programme to promote academic excellence, strengthen international cooperation, and support human capital development. Thailand Scholarships – Group 2 are open to international students of all nationalities to pursue Undergraduate studies, Master’s and Doctoral degrees and Exchange or training programmes at participating Thai higher education institutions.

The Thailand Scholarships Group 2 aims to support international students of all nationalities with opportunities to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as exchange or training programs, at Thai higher education institutions.

For the 2026 Academic Year, MHESI, in collaboration with partner institutions, is offering 211 academic programmes at least 174 scholarship awards (mainly for Master’s, PhD, exchange and training programmes).
